We gain feedback through a number of channels; discussions with our clients, listening to our staff, and working with a variety of industry professionals are just some. Our Service User forum helps us to deliver this ongoing improvement in our staff training and skills development, breadth and personalisation of our services and prepare for Care Commission inspection. Your voice is one we welcome and one we realise is crucial in guiding our review team with their task of continual quality assurance.

Working with our Regulatory bodies and Local Council Social Care Teams is another important area we continue to commit resource. This work enables us to develop in a personalised way our policies, procedures and the practicalities of delivering and managing a service to you. That is why our commitment to professional development and recognition of our staff skills is of paramount importance. Our staff are supported by a strong team of professionals identifying training and support needs, this is accompanied by our Professional development Reviews, where we isolate how we can further support them in the work they undertake. Our training and development scope is considerable as we deliver in-house courses and work with specialist agencies to deliver a high level of professional competence. This programme is put together based on our staff's needs and your feedback.
