Ways to help us support you

`A goal without a plan is just a dream'

Agreeing on a personal plan of support that gives you as much independence as possible. However, we will be flexible and do things differently if your need, goals, or dreams change.

If you are not happy with the service you receive and feel you would like to complain, we will provide you with any help you may need to do so. Feedback is important to us to help us ensure our support services are as good as they can be.

The individuals working with you will be people you like. They will be appropriately trained, have your best interests in mind, and will adhere to the agreed plan of support.
We will work with other relevant agencies and individuals to best assist you to achieve all you can. We will include you in as many of Housecall care and support's decision making processes as possible i.e. selection of staff, staff training, and influencing the way we work.
